Very young me, working the ovens (with fellow student) at school in 1988.

Former professional Baker, Cake Decorator, and Cook. It was always my dream to be a world famous pastry chef, but life and a back injury got in the way. That was hard, but even harder was having to make severe dietary changes due to a chronic illness and auto-immune issues.

As a foodie, being told you can no longer eat the foods you love is difficult. But, you do what you have to do and persevere. -Finding fun new ways to enjoy and celebrate the foods you love... without actually eating them is a way to do that. 😄
